With the feel of a loft, the original layout of the apartment was maintained, but the spaces gained greater fluidity. Some solutions were brought in to optimize the areas, such as the creation of a mirror cabinet in the bedroom, which not only holds the TV, but also increased the closet space. The mix of materials, such as wood, brick and stone, provides a cozy feeling. In the interior design of the living room, the shelf of tubes tied with a cord is the focal point. On the stairs, a carpentry solution shows the care with each detail: just look at the design of the handrail on the panel, which also functions as a guardrail.  Bathroom furnishings and the wooden countertop in the dining room were all designed by the architect, Fabiana Avanzi, and are other examples of creative woodwork.
