Joining two offices and transforming them into one was the major challenge of the remodel project that gave this 450 m² asset management company a new look. Work was done while part of the office was fully functional, demanding maximum control of suppliers, receipt of material and a timeline that was strictly complied with. Just organizing the departments, creating two board rooms, a closet area for employees, a kitchen and an imposing reception area, using recycled family items, was not enough. Architect Fabiana Avanzi was also tasked with designing all of the customized furnishings, including the walnut panel in the reception area that features a charming embedded molding.
