With construction scheduled for completion in August 2014, this commercial building located in the west zone of São Paulo required more visually appealing common areas. This challenge was successfully addressed by architect Fabiana Avanzi and her team, who proposed refined finishes to enhance the interior hallways and elevator lobbies leading to the apartments. The selected materials — wood panels, painted steel, and stone — contribute to a sophisticated and highly durable aesthetic. One of the project’s highlights is the lighting design, with fixtures strategically placed on the ceiling, floor, and walls to create dynamic and visually engaging effects.
