Creative solutions and stylish finishings gave this 70 m² office in Alphaville, in the greater São Paulo metropolitan area, a cozy, home-like feel. Some walls are covered in green burnt cement, and the panel in the lounge area transforms into a comfortable futon. In the meeting room, a black Saarinen table—an uncommon choice for commercial spaces—sits alongside openwork iron cabinets. Floating niches (mounted directly on the wall) and sideboards with built-in book slots are just a few examples of the smart custom carpentry, designed by Fabiana Avanzi Arquitetura e Interiores. The industrial vibe runs throughout the space, highlighted by the exposed concrete ceiling and visible metal conduits housing the electrical wiring.
