Residential
Belterra

The transformations in this apartment started with the construction design, before the developer had delivered it. Almost all of the walls were kept intact, yet the spaces were given personality and sophistication with new finishes, lighting design, and minute details. Colors, spread through nearly all of the rooms, make the décor come alive and make it even more special, such as the yellow cupboards in the kitchen. In the kids’ bathrooms and bedrooms, niches with disparate proportions and tones showcase the perfection of the custom woodwork.  Integrated and cozy, the living room, dining room, and home theater were furnished with more than just generous and comfortable pieces. A touch of charm comes from the ceiling, with a cut-out wooden lining that creates a demarcation in the hallway.
